Join us for "How to Run for Local Office Workshop: Borough and School District Edition"!
Are you passionate about making a difference in your community in this time of change and uncertainty? In 2025, numerous local government positions such as council members, mayors, tax collectors, school board members, and local judges will be up for election in Swissvale and surrounding boroughs.
These elected positions play a crucial role in shaping policies on policing, non-discrimination, taxes, and budgeting priorities.
If you've ever considered running for office but felt overwhelmed by the process, this workshop is for you. Join us for a comprehensive, free in-person event. (And meet neighbors with a shared interest at the same time.)
Gain the tools and insights you need to successfully navigate the election process.
